RESOBEL GUITAR by Robert Matteacci design and lutherie, conceived and made in Italy.

This particular guitar was born from the idea of giving a second life by transforming a normal acoustic guitar into a dobro-type resonator guitar with an original and unique sound and aesthetic.


The resonator and all metal parts are decorated and handcrafted.

The sound is very particular in acoustic but if

Connected to an amplifier it has a very powerful sound with deep bass.

The neck is maple with truss rod.

The action of the strings is intermediate, making it suitable for playing comfortably with the fingers or with the slide.


The electronics feature a powerful single coil pickup, and for a more delta blues sound a piezoelectric that can be activated with the switch, it also has volume and tone adjustment.


Each model has unique and unrepeatable features.


With serial number and certificate of authenticity.
On the top band there is the "DIRECT SOUND" hole.

This system allows for more volume and the sound is directed towards the performer.

The decorations and details are handmade and may be slightly different from the model in the photo.

The guitar is shipped in a hard case via courier.

Included in the price is a real glass bottleneck.
